Review
"Queen of Tears" masterfully balances melodrama with unexpected humor, anchored by Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won's electric chemistry. While the terminal illness trope isn't new, the series elevates it with sharp writing and complex family dynamics. The first half delivers laugh-out-loud moments while the second half will leave viewers reaching for tissues. Some plot twists strain credibility, but the emotional payoff and stellar supporting cast (especially the hilarious Queens family) make this 2024's most addictive K-drama.
